For 30 years, Sean Hicks stood behind the chair as a barber. He cut, shaped and cared for every kind of hair and every kind of skin, and he listened. Clients came in with dry scalps, razor bumps, breakage and irritation, and too often the products on the shelf weren’t made with them in mind.
So he set out to make something that was. Melanin Sol started with a simple idea: use natural ingredients that work, and make them for everyone who sat in his chair.
